Account information
We process your name, business details, email and agent configuration to provide your receptionist.
AI conversations
Retell processes calls, transcripts and optional recordings. Businesses are responsible for giving applicable notices and obtaining consent.
Service providers
Retell provides voice infrastructure, Google provides calendar services, and hosting and email providers support the application.
Google Calendar
We access your selected calendar for availability and appointment creation. Refresh credentials are encrypted. Disconnect in Calendar or revoke access through Google.
Data retention
Call retention is operator-configurable; the intended default is 90 days. Provider cleanup and deletion procedures must be verified before launch.
Your choices
Update your account in Settings, disconnect Calendar, or request account deletion. Contact us for data access or correction.
