The service
Vani provides an AI voice receptionist using Retell and optional Google Calendar scheduling. Availability depends on third-party services and your configuration.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate business information, protect your account, and use Vani only for authorized business purposes. Provide applicable AI disclosures and recording notices and obtain communications consent.
AI limitations
AI may make mistakes. Test important workflows. Appointments are confirmed only after successful calendar booking. Vani is not intended for emergency or regulated specialized workflows.
Phone service
Receiving numbers are assigned by our team. Your carrier manages existing-number forwarding. Provider charges and eligibility apply. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Plan allowances and cancellation terms are displayed before checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vani for unlawful communications, harassment, impersonation, or unsolicited campaigns. Abuse may result in suspension.
Account closure
Request deletion in Settings. Provider resources require safe cleanup and operator review.
Legal review
Operator identity, support details, governing law, liability terms, and dispute procedures must be finalized before commercial launch.
